TWO WAYS WE BUILD A SITE
Every build starts as a fixed set of templates — that's the default, and it's what most projects need. Blocks are an optional upgrade layered on top: pre-approved layout sections a client can assemble into brand-new pages themselves, without a developer touching code. Which one a project needs decides whether Blocks belong on the quote at all.
Standard Site
Every page uses a pre-built template designed for that content type. The client can publish new entries on any Custom Post Type already set up for them — a new blog post, job posting, service, or team member — but can't create a brand-new page layout on their own.
Flexible Site (Block-Based)
Adds a library of pre-approved layout Blocks (Hero, Testimonials, Pricing, Gallery, FAQ, and similar) the client can assemble into entirely new pages without touching code — for clients who need to launch landing pages, campaigns, or new sections on their own timeline.

Rate depends on the total number of templates in the project — every page bills at that bracket's rate, not a mix.
Blocks — optional self-publish layer
Only added on Flexible builds — skip this entirely on a Standard build. Sold as bundles, not a per-block rate: pick the bundle that covers how many Blocks the client needs.

Style variations aren't separate blocks — Hero A/B/C is one block with three styles, not three line items.

Copywriting
Pricing covers build, not content. Client or agency supplies final text and images per page, in whatever format is easiest (doc, sheet, plain text). We're happy to quote copywriting separately if needed.
Post/data entry
Pricing covers the template and structure, not populating it. If a client needs 100 job listings or a full product catalog entered, that's a separate line, not part of the per-page rate. Optional add-on below (and in the calculator) if we're the ones entering it.

Advanced custom features — anything beyond standard content-and-layout (a calculator, a data analyzer, a custom interactive tool, live/real-time data feeds) is out of scope for per-page pricing entirely. These are quoted individually based on complexity once requirements are clear.

E-Commerce
Product catalogs, cart/checkout, payment gateways, shipping and tax rules, inventory — every store has different requirements, so builds are scoped and quoted individually rather than priced per page.
Advanced Custom Features
A calculator, a data analyzer, a custom interactive tool, live/real-time data feeds — anything beyond standard content-and-layout is out of scope for per-page pricing and quoted based on complexity once requirements are clear.
